If at any moment you have an issue with your order, please email us at admin@hisrevelations.com
Your order will ship within 7-10 Business days of you placing the order. If you ever need it rushed out faster, please email customer service and we will try to accommodate your request.
We use all the major ecommerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail to ship out orders. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number where you can track your package.

Exchanges and Returns are easier than ever!

Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to admin@hisrevelations.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore His Revelations reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
